Food
& Drink:
Tapas
has become the International fare in recent years, yet nothing can
prepare you for the variety on offer in the Costa de la Luz. Jamon
serrano (cured ham), pulpo Gallego (deliciously tender pot-cooked
octopus) or pimientos de Padron (strange small peppers - about one in
ten of which are chilli-hot) all washed down with a serving of fino (dry
sherry) from the barrel along with slices of mojama (dried pressed roe)

If
you adore your seafood how about sardines grilled on an open barbeque.
At Isla Canela beach bars serve freshly caught sardines off a small
charcoal filled fishing boat! Or why not try large prawns served hot on
a sizzling platter
On this holiday, food is most definitely on the menu |
